Information we use

We store your verified mobile number, optional name, loyalty claims, rewards, consent preferences, and essential account records. Device push subscriptions are stored only when you choose to enable notifications. Session cookies keep you signed in; the official loyalty balance is held in the database.

Service providers

When configured, Twilio Verify processes SMS verification and browser push providers process notification delivery. Hosting uses Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites. We do not obtain customer order information from delivery marketplaces through this program.

Your choices

Promotional consent is optional and separate from authentication. You can change it on your rewards page, remove device subscriptions, and delete your customer account. Deletion removes your phone and profile, revokes sessions and removes push subscriptions. Anonymised loyalty and audit records may be retained for integrity and fraud prevention.
